California Trip 01/2009

We took a little drive out to Ontario, CA to visit my family in January. Vinny got to meet my sisters and their families. We went out to celebrate my nieces' birthdays. Both Hailey and Giada are January babies. We went to Disneyland, California Adventure and Medieval Times. We had a great time and took many pictures! Disneyland!

Here are a few pictures from the happiest place on earth! We went on most of the rides. We rode Splash Mountain, Space Mountain (twice), Peter Pan's Flight, Alice in Wonderland, Matterhorn (twice), Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Pirates of the Caribbean (twice), Indiana Jones, and Roger Rabbit. I was very sad that both the Haunted Mansion (my favorite) and It's a Small World were closed. My baby cheered me up by taking me to lunch at the Blue Bayou restaurant. It was delicious! Ever since I was a small child, I had wanted to eat there. FYI- It's the restaurant that overlooks the Pirates ride!

CA Adventure!

The following day we went to California Adventure. It was Vinny's first time there and we both had a blast. We rode California Soaring, California Screamin', The Tower of Terror (twice) and the Monster's Inc ride. We also watched the Muppets 3D show. We had to get a turkey leg since we got a bit hungry. It was absolutely delicious! We ended up leaving kind of early because it started pouring! The rain stopped after about 15 minutes so we went to Downtown Disney and checked out the shops for a bit.

Medieval Times!

For my nieces' birthday we went to Medieval Times. Neither Vinny nor I had ever been there. We were seated at the Evil Green Knight's section. Needless to say, he didn't win. We still had a wonderful time though!
